Mission
"we constantly help our customers to reach their goals"

Jack Welch, General Electric Company CEO (1980 - 1990) was used to Inviting his Managers to ask themselves this simple question : << who's driving the bus?>>

This straightforward question could be at the basis of great changes in a company if asked by the Owners or the Management themselves.

It could break a dangerous loop. Naturally, we often tend to see the market, competitors or politics as the driver of our bus, of our company!. In other words, we see ourselves as "passengers", seated beside "the driver", or worst, behind him. From this position we can't really decide where we're going. We see the road in front of us but we let others decide for us. The question is stimulating: can we afford to remain passive during this trip, a trip which represents the future and growth of our company?

It is important to define in advance if we would like to play our role in the market as Leaders or Followers. Either choice is fine, as long as we make the choice and act coherently with our decision. This is a "driver"* decision! It is possible to be innovative also as a Follower. We believe that, nowadays, the only true danger facing Managers or Owners, as drivers of a company, is to accept inertia!! We have to do all we can not to get stuck in this dangerous situation. Intuition without action only leads to frustration .
Best wishes for your business
